How messaging works
When you text a Krewvio client business through their Google Business Profile or a phone number they have provided, your message is received and a representative — assisted by AI — will reply to help with your request, such as scheduling a service appointment.
This is a reply-only system. Messages are only ever sent in direct response to a conversation you initiate. Krewvio does not send proactive or marketing text messages on behalf of client businesses.

Your phone number and message content are used solely to respond to your inquiry with the business. This information is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
No live appointment booking occurs over SMS. Only a requested time is captured so the business can follow up and confirm separately.
