When you text a Krewvio client business through their Google Business Profile or a phone number they have provided, your message is received and a representative — assisted by AI — will reply to help with your request, such as scheduling a service appointment.

This is a reply-only system. Messages are only ever sent in direct response to a conversation you initiate. Krewvio does not send proactive or marketing text messages on behalf of client businesses. Lead alerts sent to Krewvio clients themselves are a separate program, described below.

Krewvio clients who opt in at www.krewvio.com/lead-alerts receive automated text messages from Krewvio alerting them to new leads for their business, such as a customer enquiry captured by their website’s AI assistant or contact form. Alerts are sent only to the business owner’s mobile number provided on that form, never to consumers. After signing up, you will receive a text asking you to reply YES to confirm; alerts start only after you reply YES.

Your phone number and message content are used solely to respond to your inquiry with the business. This information is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

No live appointment booking occurs over SMS. Only a requested time is captured so the business can follow up and confirm separately.
